Is there free delivery or minimum spend required?

Enjoy free islandwide delivery to one location for every order of $150 and above. Otherwise, a $15 delivery charge applies. You do not incur any additional charge when you opt to self pick up your order.

Can I place my order on the same day I would like to have them delivered?

Yes, we accept same-day orders with a minimum of 2 hours in advance. If you need an urgent delivery, kindly contact our restaurant directly before placing your order. You may reach us at 66038855 or rsvn@mitzo.sg.

Please allow 45-60 minutes food preparation time before your intended self pick up or delivery time.

Are your menus available everyday?

Yes they are. We are open for lunch from 12noon to 2.30pm, and dinner from 6.30pm to 9pm.

Can I arrange for contactless delivery?

Leave a note or let us know if you would like to arrange for your order to be left at your door/gate or guard house. Please ensure that you can collect it immediately to avoid it being left unattended.

Can I add-on more things after paying for my order?

Can I cancel my order and apply for a refund?

Refunds and cancellations are not allowed for orders that have already been processed by our team, as it means that we have proceeded to book the delivery services and ingredients to prepare your order. We seek your kindest understanding for this.
